Both parent breeds of the Mini Woodle are incredibly intelligent, which will make training fairly easy. Of course, the Poodle can be stubborn at times and the Mini Whoodle may inherit that trait as well. However, it’s nothing that consistency and positive reinforcement can’t fix. Overall the Mini Whoodle is a quick study. Early socialization with other dogs and people is also a necessity, despite that they’re naturally social dogs.
Mini Whoodles are very loving and get along particularly well with children. The standard-sized Whoodle is a very active dog that requires a lot of exercise. The Mini Whoodle, while energetic, is not as active as their larger cousin. They require a moderate amount of exercise as well as interactive playtime and mental stimulation. If the exercise requirements of the Mini Whoodle are not met, they may resort to destructive behaviors. The same goes for leaving them alone for long periods of time
