The Corgski is one of the many unique designer breeds that resulted from crossbreeding a Siberian Husky with a Cardigan Welsh Corgi. Also referred to as the Horgi, Corgsky, and Siborgi, this breed is well known for its intelligence and good-natured temperament. They also look exactly as you’d imagine: a Husky with a Corgi’s body!

Also referred to as the Horgi, Corgsky, and Siborgi, this breed is well known for its intelligence and good-natured temperament. They also look exactly as you’d imagine: a Husky with a Corgi’s body!

The Corgski is a small to medium-sized dog, depending on which parent they take after more. While they’re short in stature, they’re tall in personality. They’re friendly, playful, and loving, but can also be stubborn, loud, and a bit bossy. The Corgski has amazing stamina as well as speed and agility. They require ample exercise daily, as well as training and socialization as early as possible.

Corgksies are very alert, making them excellent watchdogs. However, it’s not in their nature to be aggressive so a guard dog is out of the question. They get along well with children, but should be supervised around smaller children due to their high energy levels. Due to their size, they are able to adapt to apartment life as long as their exercise requirements are met each day. Of course, they tend to bark and howl, which may be an issue. They also don’t do well when left alone for long periods of time.
